Partner profile access sequence ..


SPRO -> Customer Relationship Management -> Basic Functions -> Partner Processing -> Define Access Sequences 

Access sequences can be freely defined.
It is assigned to partner functions in partner determination procedure, lists sources of data for the partner determination.
Steps in access sequence are executed as the defined sequence number.

There are SAP standard sources. Customer also define customer's own sources with BADI COM_PARTNER_BADI.
The following lists sources in the system, with a short explanation of each source.

Business Partner Relationships by Sales Org.Sales area-specific partner function assignments defined in a partner's master data.

Pricing HierarchyAn account hierarchy defined in business partner master data and assigned to the category Pricing.
Current PartnerA partner already included in the current transaction.
Business Partner Assigned to the UserA user can be maintained as a business partner and his or her user ID entered as part of master data.
Business Add-Ins (BAdIs)Sources you create yourself using BAdIs in Customizing.
Take the attached access sequence step as an example.
If access sequence 0005 is assigned to partner function 00000015 Contact Person in a partner determination procedure, when the sequence number 30 is executed, system will look for partner via the business partner relationship maintained in master data. As the function category 0001 Sold-to Party is entered in 'Details on the Source', system will look for the partner which is assigned to a partner function with function category 0001 first. Then go to this source partner's master data, find the target partner which has the relationship to source partner with relationship category 'BUR001'. (SeePartner Functions )
