Enhancement Concept 

This section deals with the enhancement of master data objects in IS-U/CCS, using customer-specific fields. You will also learn how to preassign fields with certain contents, which customer exits exist for the individual master data templates, and which functions are available.

Make full use, in the implementation project, of the ability to preassign fields in processes.

All customer exits are listed for all master data objects, even if have nothing to do with field enhancements. In this way, you get an overview of all customer exits for IS-U/CCS master data objects.

We are approaching our desired objective of clarifying all customer exits in IS-U/CCS in this document, in so far as it is now possible to see the location of exits and what they mean for all areas (such as device management, billing).

Unless otherwise indicated, all specifications apply for IS-U/CCS Releases 4.64 and 4.71.

The procedure for the business partner and contract account master data objects differs considerably from the procedure for all other master data objects. Business partner and contract account both have their own respective work menus. Other master data objects have different procedures.
