How to enable configuration mode in WEB UI browser

Two steps are necessary:

1. add Authorization object CRMCONFMOD to the user, with value ALLOWED=X;

2. in WEB UI, activate the following flag

Personalize -> Settings-> Personalize Settings-> Enable configuration mode;
